New Publication: New Professional Standards for Future-Oriented Teachers - The teff Academy Model

We are excited to present our newly published model for professional standards for future-oriented teachers, developed within the Erasmus+ teff Teacher Academy. Drawing on collaborative research and extensive project work, this model offers a structured approach to Initial Teacher Education and continuous professional development. 

With a strong focus on key challenges such as digitalisation, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and teacher well-being, our standards are designed to equip educators with the skills and mindsets needed for a rapidly changing educational landscape. We invite policymakers, education providers, and teacher educators to explore this model and join us in reimagining teacher professionalism for a future in flux.
