This teff volume brings together a diverse community of teacher educators, researchers, and practitioners from across Europe, united by a shared commitment to shaping the future of teacher education. Emerging from the Erasmus+ Teacher Academy “Teacher Education for a Future in Flux” (teff), it reflects a rich tapestry of collaborative inquiry, innovation, and practice across institutional and national boundaries. The contributions explore key themes such as sustainability, digital competence, internationalisation, well-being, inclusion, and futures thinking, offering insights into both conceptual frameworks and practical experience. Together, they highlight the transformative potential of cross-phase and transnational collaboration, demonstrating how shared challenges in education can be addressed through collective learning, creativity, and sustained communities of practice in an ever-changing world.
